    Responsible for supporting the Director of Engineering and others in the Engineering department with non-technical or minimally technical administrative needs, providing coordination and follow-up to keep the Engineering department moving smoothly and effectively.


    - Assist engineering team, taking phone calls, assisting with correspondence, performing small research projects, and assist in developing proceduresand manuals
    - Job Instructions: Coordinate with Engineering and Operations in the preparation and release of Job Instructions, log completed Job Instructions, check and prepare printed wiring diagrams
    - Ensure IMMEDIATE processing of all Premium orders
    - ERP System Data Entry: Enter and maintain part number and Bills of Materials (BOM) in the ERP system
    - Job Envelopes: Create and process Job Envelopes for Production jobs
    - Metrics: Update Engineering metrics daily and finalize reports monthly, including Job Instructions, Applications Engineering records, Design Engineering information and others. Present metrics to Director of Engineering for publication. 
    - Document Control: Set up and manage the organization of electronic files, drawings and various engineering documents. Provide documents to other departments or customers on request, including format conversions if necessary. Create and maintain various files, documents, spreadsheets and correspondence required to manage efficient office operation
    - Document Development:Create, modify and update documents, including spreadsheets, presentations, forms, checklists, letters, faxes, and databases
    - Additional Projects: Lead and participate in other product or process-based projects, including but not limited to ISO compliance and audit, ETL and other regulatory agency listings/approvals, process mapping and improvement, product design and BOM data update and management. Assist with coordination of company events
    - General Office Support: Assist with coordination of company events. Assist other departments with general office administrative duties as needed. Coordinate meetings and arrange catering. Manage office supply orders. Back up receptionist as needed.

    - Proven experience as an administrative assistant
    - Highly organized and detail oriented
    - Proficient to Expert level skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) and Outlook
    - Proficient to Expert level skills in Adobe Acrobat DC
    - Proficient to Expert level skills in online spreadsheets
    - Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    - Must be able to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
    - Focus on quality and continuous improvement
